As a dedicated trial lawyer with a specialty in personal injury he frequently serves as trial counsel for clients referred by other local and out-of-state law firms. Mark Griffin concentrates his practice in the field of personal injury and is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mark has been named a Connecticut Super Lawyer, as well as a New England Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine.

Thomas Pettinicchi concentrates his practice in the area of matrimonial law, divorce mediation and personal injury. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association. In addition he serves as a Special Master in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Process for Family Matters for the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut and for the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown. He has been recognized by the court for his service in representing children in family cases. Thomas has been a lecturer for the National Business Institute on various family law topics.

Brendan Faulkner focuses exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is licensed and admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts and the state courts of Hawaii. Brendan is a member of the American Association for Justice, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Christine Norton concentrates exclusively in the areas of medical malpractice and products liability. She has represented clients from all over the state for a variety of medical claims, including nursing home, radiology, general surgery, anesthesiology, internal medicine, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. Those cases have included claims of significant economic loss, wrongful death and severe permanent injury. Prior to joining D'Amico, Griffin and Pettinicchi, Christine practiced at a mid-sized insurance defense firm focusing on medical malpractice defense and brought that knowledge, insight and experience to the firm. Christine is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
