Brendan graduated from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law after receiving his B.A. from Hobart College.  He clerked for the Honorable Thomas P. Smith at the United States District Court in Hartford.  Brendan is admitted to practice before all Federal and State Courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts; as well as State Court in Hawaii.  Brendan is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and has concentrated his trial practice exclusively on the representation of plaintiffs for several years.  He is the author of "Piercing the Corporate Veil in Connecticut," 83 Conn. B.J. 3 at 251-263 (2009).
