Michael A. D'Amico

As a dedicated trial lawyer in personal injury and medical malpractice, Mike is an active member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Mike serves on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and on its Executive, Medical Malpractice and Legislative Committees. Mike is on the National Advisory Board of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He is dual board-certified in civil trial advocacy and civil pretrial practice by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and has served on the Board of Examiners for the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mike is a Court Appointed Arbitrator/Fact- Finder in Civil Litigation, as well as a Special Settlement Master for Personal Injury claims in the State of Connecticut Superior Court.  He is a Life Member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and frequently serves as trial counsel for clients referred by other local and out-of-state law firms. He has been consistently named a Connecticut Super Lawyer and a New England Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine; in 2012 was named one of the top 50 lawyers in Connecticut by Law & Politics magazine; has received the preeminent AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mike has authored numerous articles in the fields of personal injury; medical negligence; and trial advocacy and has lectured frequently on these topics.
